so if anyone wants to buy me a present, there's always this coat or maybe this kite (a similair price to the coat).
On a more realistic note, I do have an amazon wish-list (which does contains stuff way too expensive for ppl to consider buying (it is a wish list you know)) which has some more realisticaly priced stuff on it.

Golda, the big fat cat, nick-named 'Wonky' (due to her very asymmetric facial features) has all of a sudden developed some rather curious habits:
a) drinking (hot (well, warm)) tea out of a mug.
b) eating houseplants. She has done this before but stopped soing it for a while.
c) making lots of noise.
Now c) is a curious one indeed, for she cannot miaow properly, in the true sense of the word. She opens her mouth and makes all the necessary movements, but all that comes out is a wet kissy sound. It's very cute to watch, but of course if you have your back to her you never know what you might be missing.
well lately she has startedd doing that little chirrupy noise that cats do, half purr, half miaow. Only she does it almost all the time! Whenever you stroke her, whenever you walk into the same room as her, whenever she walks into the bedroom etc etc. When you take into consideration the yowling that Jemima (the thin cat, nicknamed One-Eye, because she only has one eye (derr)) makes whenever she feels lonely, it makes for a rather noisy house at the moment. Particularly for one populated by just two people and two cats.

Well, actually not that bizarre at all when you read the article and discover tehy're protesting about the inflated price he is selling his home there for. Well, you know I kind of see that a house lived in by Ian Brown is going to fetch more than the average house in that area. Also he's not going to have biought any old 2 bed semi, is he? But I also see the locals point about it pricing them out of the area... mind you I still don;t think they're as heaviuly priced out as people in the South-East of England, but there you go...

Rage Against the Machine are a fav band of mine. So are Soundgarden. Imagine my delight when I heard that Chris Cornell (ex soundgarden frontman) would be jpoinging forces with the rest of Rage Against the Machine (minus their frontman, Zack de la Rocha. The result is a cool supergroup that sounds exactly as you would expect, but with extra Led Zeppelin. Check out Audioslave!

according to The Prior-Art-O-Matic, "moppy is a chocolate bar that improves upper-body muscle! It purifies water."
Why not see what randomly generated product idea your name produces!
Aaaah I've been meaning to blog this for ages! The Mystery Worshipper is exactly what it says. Christians visiting churches fill in the vital questions on the church services. These include "Was your pew comfortable?", "In a nutshell, what was the sermon about?", "What musical instruments were played?" and "What happened when you hung around after the service looking lost?".
It's not only quite funny, but also makes for a very useful tool when visiting new areas and looking for a church that suits you. Highfields isn't listed :( but Cathays methodist and Heath Evangelical are, along with 250 others in the Uk, not to mention more in USA, Australasia and the rest of the world!

I've been to America. Mark and Molly's wedding was quite something. They had a wedding organiser (she was a bit scary) and a crazy photogapher who took about 1500 photos, and the whole thing was very big!
America was interesting, very spread out with lots of spare land that didn;t seemed to be farmed or planned for development. Very pretty in places though.
Driving on the right was interesting. As was driving an automatic. As was driving a left hand drive. As was driving on 7/8 lane interstates. Fun though.
The food was great, I've decided I like southern american food. Percy and I are concocting plans for the next step in the world of blogging. Watch this space.
